GoodGuy98 0 Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 MB Theatre auto-updated to version 3.0.5571.41151 and when I went to look at Settings, it does not display them as it did prior to the update. I manually updated it again in case some strange glitch happened, but same result. The UI is responsive other than the Settings option. I was able to Exit Emby, go back etc.
Maleficarum 68 Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Mine has literally just updated and it seems to be working. That being said it's pretty common for an update to theater to pooch my install for some reason (the last update before this decided that it would not show the usual select a picture to login screen and instead would go directly to the manual log in) and a total uninstall followed by reinstall seems to fix it.
GoodGuy98 0 Posted April 5, 2015 Author Posted April 5, 2015 Thank you for the help Maleficarum. First I tried uninstalling without removing the apps and then reinstalling. The problem still persisted when I went to settings. Next I did a complete uninstall checking the options the Uninstall offered. When I started MB Theatre this time, this time the Settings displayed showing what version was installed. I appreciate the help.
Maleficarum 68 Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 No probs, glad it worked for you. Unfortunately this seems necessary every now and again with theater in it's current form.
Eiffel 3 Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 I've just had the same issue. Uninstalling and ticking boxes to clear the cache and uninstall the plugins while retaining the other settings enough to fix the issue
elshagon 44 Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 I have the same problem. Second time in a few weeks to uninstall when I get a chance.
coldacid 6 Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 It's been happening to me, too. Seems to be caused by the Program Launcher plugin, because after cleaning out and reinstalling Emby Theatre, settings worked again until I reinstalled Program Launcher. Simply deleting the plugin DLL allowed settings to work properly again.

Simply deleting the plugin DLL allowed settings to work properly again. You're right. I haven't had time to reinstall Emby Theater but instead just deleted the Program Launcher DLL and now I have my settings back without even having to reinstall
Smaky 131 Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 I was facing the same issue. Seems the Program Launcher Plugin is causing this.
snazy2000 344 Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 This should now be fixed, sorry for the delay
