dannieboiz 13 Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 I been noticing lately that my MBS would stop running more often than I would like. I just have to restart the app and all is fine. Is there a way for me to watch the service and make sure it's always running and automatically start it if it fail?
Scott84Z28 39 Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 In the properties of all windows services you can define what will happen when a service fails (in the recovery tab of the properties in a particular service). You have options for the first, second, and subsequent failures. You can tell it to simply restart the service in each of those cases. Honestly though, the service shouldn't crash and you should work with the devs here to figure out why it's happening in the first place. 2
