Sync jobs - multiple FFMPEG & 100% CPU

I just want to know if this is right or if something goes wrong.  I had had this occur over and over again.

 

I have a few movies syncing to the surface pro,  say 6 movies.   It converts 2 at a time.  I see that it spawns ffmpeg and console windows host.  after time passes, it continues to spawn ffmpeg threads.  Converting 2 movies now and I have 10 ffmpeg threads all taking between 5-20% where the CPU is pegged at 100%.

 

I see all the transcode logs for the running threads.. multiple transcode logs for the same movie. to me it seems that they are just starting over again.

 

Let me know which logs are relevant, and I will upload them.

It only syncs one at a time, and at very low speed. It may have been something else. Please see
