Updating 5557.3 to 5557.4

For some reason, when I attempt to update from 5557.3 to 5557.4, I run into problems. The server loads up fine and I get the usual message that there is an update ready and to restart the server to finish the installation. However, when I restart the server, all it does is shut down, nothing else. If I wait a bit (to make sure) and then restart the server, it is still 5557.3 and I get the message that the new version is available and to restart the server.

 

I've attached the server log for what is happening.

I had the same thing happen to me.  The update stayed in the update folder zipped and never renamed the system folder to old and unzipped the new update.  I ended up doing it manually.  Renamed system folder and unzipped the update.

 

Thought is may have just been my system.
