Channels Issue - ITV not playing

Most channels seem to work fine for me on client and on Roku.

 

ITV Channel will get me up to various shows/episodes but when I try to load them on client I get: "object reference not set to an instance of an object"

 

on Roku the load bar gets about 10% through and then stops.

Can u try it in the web client please. Im guessing they have changed there website :/ can u give me exactly what you click on so i can reproduce. Thanka
