Is it possible it increase the size (or at least the detection area) for the small expand section arrows in the metadata manager? On the PC it is fine, but often I would like to use my tablet to make changes and the arrows are just too small to be able to detect a hit accuratel, which means I can't expand the sections to make changes.

Maybe you can try padding the area. This does not increase the size of the item, but rather, increases the size of the area the item is contained in. Usually, the clicking area will respect it.
