Extremely long scan times after latest betas

Ever since the latest round of betas my media scan times have been over an hour long. I have not added any new media so there's no reason for such long scan times. Its also keeping my cpu nice and toasty by keeping it in the 60% range of usage. Just when I thought things were looking up with ffmpeg not choking my system now emby itself is choking it anyways. Also its set to scan every 6 hours but for some reason it keeps trying to run every 20min. And its set to end the scan after 1 hour but it keeps going after the 1 hour mark. Logs attached.
