MBT crashes on trailer playback

MBT version: 3.0.5531.26414

Server: 3.0.5518.7

 

Hi,

Crash log is attached.  Whenever I try to watch a trailer in MBT it causes the system to crash.  Everything else with the software works perfect and as long as I don't try watching any trailers there are no problems.  This problem has just started in the last couple months and it crashes every time trailer playback is attempted.  Please help.

Update,

Problem is fixed.  I changed my auto update level in MBT and server from official to beta. The server did update, but MBT did not. I also realized that my os hadn't been updated in awhile so I took all those update as well.  Not sure what the problem was, but it appears to be fixed now.
