itssri12 0 Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 I just installed and configured my media folder but for some reasons the files are not getting scanned . This is my configuration and movie folder details and server Version is 3.0.5518.7 Please help

I recently installed the media browser but couldnt make it working 1) installed media browser 2) added my movie folder in Dashboard-->library 3) hit the scan folders 4) went back to home to see how movies are displayed unfortunatly nothing is dispayed there Did i missed any configuration?

ebr 16185 Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Since we use square brackets to designate parts of the file name to ignore, I can definitely see how that might be the issue. Can you try a folder without that just for a test?

Details Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 is already a part of this operating system. You do not need to install the .NET Framework 4.5 redistributable.
