How to test Interface Classes

I am trying to learn how to develop a simple plugin. During this process i use the IHttpClient and the login class, after that i created a unit test but i need to be able to initialize the httpclient how can i do this?

You don't create your own.  Those are dependencies that are passed into the constructor of your server entry point.
