How to set the recording times

Is there a way to set the livetv recording times from within MediaBrowser to only record so many minutes?

 

Example:

TV shows is from 9PM - 10:01PM, I want it to stop at 10:00PM

 

I have the HDHomerun 2 turners and because the tv show is going over by 1 minute it is conflicting without tv shows.

 

Also, away to to set the channel being displayed to a static ammount instead of having to use the drop down arrow everytime?
