wolfbuddy 16 Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 Hi, I just switched back to running my MB server on Ubuntu and I've just found that I can't remote control MBT, even though I can successfully remote control other web clients successfully and MBT is playing from the server OK. Anyone have any ideas? A linux permissions thing maybe? Cheers
thefirstofthe300 292 Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 I saw a topic somewhere in which a user had a very similar problem and he fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling MBT. He thought it might have been a botched windows firewall rule. I have no idea if this would work for you but you can try.
wolfbuddy 16 Posted March 11, 2015 Author Posted March 11, 2015 Maybe I should of mentioned that this installation was being remote controlled by a windows based MB server without issue, could it still be worth trying to re-install MBT? Seems to me that it must be an issue with the server.
