Is it possible to hide/exclude those annoying folders from my collection.

On kodi they do this: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=173919

Is something similar possible for MBS to?

Have you tried the .ignore file convention? I don't know anything about Synology so this may be pretty tedious.

Tip: You need to create the .ignore file using a text editor in Windows as Windows Explorer won't let you create a file without a name.
