MB3user 0 Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 When I stop a movie or when the movie ends it stays in "Now Playing". When the system goes to sleep and then wakes up WMC and MB3 comes up with a black screen, Any Ideas?. Thanks, MB3uer
ebr 16169 Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 You can't put WMC to sleep. It won't turn out well. So I suggest you install a 3rd party app that will shut down WMC when you sleep your machine and then re-start it on wake up. As for the last item staying in now playing, that is something that was introduced in WMC in Windows 7. Don't know if it is a bug or on purpose but we've been working around it since then.

ebr 16169 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 We have to work around the fact that WMC keeps the last file open when we try to do things like delete media.
