option to remove the "remote" button for specific users

I have a few friends that can remotely access my server only through the web interface.  it would be nice to be able to disable the ability to see and control/send to other sessions on a per user basis.

Option for Admin to Disable User Remote and Web Play

almost, id still like them to be able to watch/play media, just not view sessions either from other users, or other sessions in general.  an option to hide/remove the remote button in the header bar for specific users would be perfect.
