Cannot Get Cinema Mode to Work

Hello all,

I cannot for the life of me to get Cinema Mode work. I have it enabled and have the custom trailer path set. No trailers will play on Roku devices or even from the web player. Does anyone know how I can get this to work better? Thanks!

do you have files in your movies\intro folder? because you've disabled all other sources so if you don't have files there then nothing will play

nevermind, i see you have the advanced intros plugin installed. you either need to uninstall that, or go configure within that plugin. once you install that plugin, it takes over cinema mode entirely
