Feature Request: Music Playing Screen

It's a minor point, but when I'm playing music, I want to see information about the current Album and track displayed on the screen, rather than a slideshow of my movie collection.

 

Any chance that this could be offered (even if as an option)?

 

The old WMC method of displaying Album/track against a waterfall effect of the music collection still takes some beating, IMO.

Yes, I've been thinking about this for a long time.. It will definitely be added. I just need to sit down and actually do it.

Part of it is in current Beta.

Just been flooded with work lately, so release has been delayed.

This feature request has had a long incubation period. Any update? If it will never see, the light of day then please address, this open request once and for all.

The Now Playing view has been updated for some time. There are two nice views. current track, album cover, etc and the queue. and the full screen view which has track artist album cover and rotates backgrounds of the playing artist.

 

No waterfall covers like Media Centre. Current modern look more similar to "Groove" . I like it anyway.
