Never received Supporter key

I paid through my PayPal account, but never received the Supporter key. I did check all my spam. I attached a screen shot of the payment. My PayPal account email is justincrafts@mail.com and my Media Browser email registration is justincrafts@gmail.com

Usually a matter of minutes.  Check your spam traps.

I did and nothing is there. I am desperately trying to contact someone from mediaBrowser to see how this might have messed up on me.

You will receive a supporter key via email shortly.  Copy and paste this key into the field in the Media Browser Server dashboard under Help->Supporter Key and start enjoying all the additional benefits that come with a supporter membership.  Thanks again and enjoy your media.

when I tried to have the key resent to me the response came up : "supporter never found."
