Will Roku player update/refresh changes in Media Browser folder

Will a Roku player automatically look (or refresh) for changes of photos (additions or deletions) in a Media Browser folder?

not in real time but if you leave the folder and re-enter it will see the changes. this is assuming the server has already processed the changes, of course.
