Sync and playback control

I've been able to get sync to work with my Surface Pro 2.  However, I noticed that while I get the playback going, I cannot seem to move ahead in the playback?  Should I be able to move around?

 

Also,  when the app says content is going to ms-appx://sync, where is that location?  On my Surface Pro 2, I changed the location but it had already copied the files over.  Just would be good to know where they go.

Found the location, it's on c:\users\username\appdata\local\packages\436337Illusions.com.Mediabrowser*\LocalState\Sync
