Hopefully the logs are clear and it's a quick fix Error Message: Configuration Backup failed. Error backing up configuration. Check logs. Skkittlebomb 2 Posted February 16, 2015 Author Posted February 16, 2015 I don't believe I have a backup.log, and if I do, I have no idea where it is. I do know that I changed hard drive directories a while back, so perhaps MB is trying to backup to a directory that no longer exists... Perhaps you can lead me in the right direction to check the backup directory path? I can't for the life of me find the Back Up Config Settings.
