Luke 42077 Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Guys, With all this talk of subtitles, I have added three new params to both the progressive and hls streaming http handlers: AudioStreamIndex VideoStreamIndex SubtitleStreamIndex This allows you to pick which track to use within the file, so you can present the user with options if you want. Since subs are not currently implemented, this is just a placeholder for now. If you want to switch streams during playback, just record the current time and start a new stream with the new params, using the time they left off.
Luke 42077 Posted December 2, 2012 Author Posted December 2, 2012 If you omit these params (which is fine), then the stream will be chosen based on the Forced and Default flags within the file, and if they're not there, then just the first available one.
Abobader 3464 Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 awesome. +1 @Luke: Dose the server can see the external subtitles (srt .. etc) and a like can be configs for UI to give info what type language the srt are (of course I am taking for upcoming build).
Luke 42077 Posted December 3, 2012 Author Posted December 3, 2012 Not yet for either of them, but I'll add it to my list.
