SilverRubicon 3 Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 (edited) Please don't ever deprecate the legacy views in the latest beta. The "new" view is a huge step back in design. I scratch my head at times at design decisions that devalue simplicity. Edited February 13, 2015 by SilverRubicon 1
SilverRubicon 3 Posted February 13, 2015 Author Posted February 13, 2015 OK, found the tips n' tricks in the other post on how to get back to the old style views without enabling legacy mode. Confusing that settings from the web view also change Media Browser Classic (and that the those same settings are missing from Classic).
Luke 42078 Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 Yes we do hope to be able to add all of those settings into each of the apps directly because I understand it stinks to have to go to a separate app to do it. Actually our Windows 8.1 app is leading the way and is the first app that has done this, but hopefully they all will in time.
iam4uk 26 Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Thanks for keeping "folders" view as an option in MBC. It is FAR, FAR superior to the "new" view options.
yardameus 221 Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 To some degree, I agree. However, with the new view options, there are things that cannot be done in the previous MBC. Such as viewing all movies that can be resumed. One extra click left and select is worth it for me.

Although we already have the ability to change the EHS to show "In-progress" instead of Recently Added/Watched, 1
