Sync - how?

how do I use the new Sync function?

 

If I got into a film in the web browser and click sync the right hand menu appears but the 'sync to' field is blank. Clicking sync gives me error 'please select a device to sync to'

 

I am a supporter so unsure how to get Sync working.

It requires app updates which are on their way.

Ah ok. Thought it was working via web interface.
