Chocolate - 'Delete' and 'Forward' buttons overlap

Using coverflow in Chocolate. MBC allows content to be deleted.

 

Once an item is played the 'resume' key appears, forcing the other controls down. This pushes the 'delete' key over the 'forward' key, making it very difficult for me to click on forward. 

 

Note this only happens on 16:9 content. There is enough room if the show in question is 4:3, as the TV icon used is a different shape and so there is enough room for all controls.

 

Can this be updated in the next release? I would post a screenshot, but I have overscan issues with MBC on my PC (so I can fill the screen with my extender).

A couple of things to be aware of:

1. You can use the channel up/down buttons on your remote to move to the next / previous episode without having to click on the on-screen buttons.
2. If you don't need the "delete" option you can always disable the capability on the server and then the button won't appear.
