Help with Windows Media Center Recorded TV in Media Browser

I have several recorded shows in the default Windows Media Center Recorded TV folder c:\user\public\Recorded TV

When trying to view shows in Media Browser, all I see is a Sample Media Folder and then a TempSWMC

folder I have tried copying the wtv files to another folder (c:\RecordedTV and alternate path as \\tvserver\Recordedtv) and share it out, but nothing I try seems to work.

Can someone assist me in getting this setup properly? Also, can wtv files be streamed through the MB Web Client?

I had the same issue. It worked just fine for a while, then just stopped.  I was able to resolve it by changing the folder type to Unset (mixed content).  See my thread for more: http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/16663-mb3-doesnt-show-wtv-files/

 

And yes, .wtv files stream through the web client, even on mobile.
