ebr 16169 Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 Glad to know it is promising. I haven't started it yet. Emby has spoiled me for watching TV series. I can't stand to have to wait a whole week between episodes anymore. So I wait for most of the season to come in and then I can start watching at my own pace . 7
badaas 139 Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 Anyone seen Zoo? Been recommended to me.. Gold Rush has started again, OK for a reality type show. Blacklist, Chicago PD to catch up on too..
AdrianW 1058 Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 Season 2 of Fargo has started, two episode so far. I've only watch the first one and that was excellent, it's looking like it will be as good as season 1. 1
CBers 7450 Posted October 23, 2015 Author Posted October 23, 2015 Anyone seen Zoo? Been recommended to me.. ZOO was excellent. It's been renewed for a 2nd season.

Yes, this is one of the very few true network shows that I watch (Public Morals and Aquarius probably the only others).
fantaxp7 191 Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 I've got so many shows piling up it's awesome . I've been watching some though like Walking Dead which has started strong.
xnappo 1611 Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 'Zoo' is like a rated PG 'The Strain'. If you like 'The Strain' you will likely like 'Zoo' - plus you can watch it with the kids. Also thanks to @@CBers for the 'You, Me and the Apocalypse' recommendation - one of our favorite new shows. Can't believe it wasn't picked up by a US channel. xnappo
ebr 16169 Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 Also thanks to @@CBers for the 'You, Me and the Apocalypse' recommendation - one of our favorite new shows. Can't believe it wasn't picked up by a US channel. Probably will be next year - but they'll re-write it and cast all American actors and totally destroy it . 4
xnappo 1611 Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 (edited) Ha - more like the Americans will cast all British actors(doing American accents of course) and destroy it This show has more American stars than any of the new American shows! Edited October 24, 2015 by xnappo
thefirstofthe300 292 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 (edited) Emby has spoiled me too. Although I tend to use it to watch older series that I haven't seen and sprinkle in some new stuff when it finally piles up. A few shows have me so hooked that I can't stand to wait to see what happens. Blacklist is one of these. The guys who wrote this show are geniuses. They managed to take a really good show and make it fricking incredible in the third season. Probably the only other show that I have seen get this significantly better after three seasons is Seinfeld. Edited October 25, 2015 by thefirstofthe300
dark_slayer 103 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 Looked back a few pages with no mention, but did you all hear DaVinci's Demons is ending with season 3? Also, they released it Netflix style all at once on starz on demand already. The end is just a matter of me getting caught up with sonarr at this point They had poor reasoning, I really liked the show
mediacowboy 438 Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Anyone else sad to see lost girl and continuum end.
badaas 139 Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 I think minority report is dead in the water also, canceled, cant find the imdb report i was reading :X
CBers 7450 Posted October 26, 2015 Author Posted October 26, 2015 (edited) Continuum ran it's course and ended OK, if a bit abrupt. I can't get into Minority Report, it's too slow. I like Limitless - it's a bit comical and quite fast paced. Edited October 26, 2015 by CBers
mediacowboy 438 Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 I have to agree with minority report. I keep watching hoping it will pick up. Limitless - the wife and I like. For the same reason as cbers.
im85288 1493 Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Quantico seems fun, very similar to how to get away with murder. Also really enjoying Humans at the minute. Like ebr - I am waiting for Fargo to build up as it needs to be binge watched True Detective season 2 is also on the "to watch" list
CBers 7450 Posted October 26, 2015 Author Posted October 26, 2015 (edited) Quantico does look good, but will binge-watch it once it's 6 or 7 episodes in. I do that with Blacklist as well Edited October 26, 2015 by CBers
AdrianW 1058 Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Like ebr - I am waiting for Fargo to build up as it needs to be binge watched Last week I told one of my work mates that Fargo season 2 had started and found out he hadn't watched season 1. I told him he should get on that right away. Then on Monday he told me he'd watched the entire season 1 in a single sitting - Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning! I think he liked it. 2
shaefurr 1340 Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 yay halt and catch fire renewed for a 3rd season. im happy. 3
swhitmore 781 Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 My wife and I are really getting into Blindspot. Check it out if you haven't already. 3

swhitmore 781 Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 It is a lot better than Scorpion though. I'm fairly sure every show ever created is better than Scorpion. 1
AdrianW 1058 Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 I again ask: Velveeta anyone? I had to look that up - I though you were talking about some feminine hair removal product at first
