MB Intros always play in internal player

Ebr, pasted from my previous post in MBS forum, this is my issue with MB Intros:

 

MB Server Version 3.0.5050.37565

CoverArt version 4.0.3.2

MB Intros version 0.0.2.3

Windows 7 ultimate @ 1920:1080 DPI(PPI) @ 125%

MB Classic version 3.088 (on laptop)

 

1: MB Intros:

I noticed that intros are being played within WMC despite having an external player configured for all media. This is an issue for me, as I don't want to use WMC on my laptop. I know this issue should disapear when MBT becomes available, but that coukd take a while i guess.

Would it be possible to have the intros played externaloly as well?

No, sorry.  We cannot control playlists in most external players and popping in and out of the external for each item would look really bad.

That's to bad then, I will have to either get my laptop codecs sorted or wait for MBT

 

Would be happy to join the MBT test team though
