fonzie 22 Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 I know the trakt plugin can send the watched status to my trakt account, but I wanted to know if the reverse was possible. I have several movies and shows marked as watched on my trakt account that I would like to be marked in my mediabrowser library. Is it possible? thanks.
thefirstofthe300 292 Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Currently the trakt plugin does not work because of the recent changes to trakt's api. When the plugin is updates it should work like that by default.
thefirstofthe300 292 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 I am not a part of the actual dev team so I don't. If you have any experience with C# or coding in general, you can most definitely help it get done faster. Just jump in.
Luke 42077 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Isn't there a scheduled task you can run manually for this?
thefirstofthe300 292 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Isn't there a scheduled task you can run manually for this? Yes. There is one under import playstates from Trakt.tv in the scheduled tasks. However, my server has not been able to send any data to Trakt since about the time that the v2 API went live on Trakt's end. The import task isn't failing but it isn't updating Trakt either. On a side note, I think the name of that task should be named sync playstates with Trakt since it both pushes and pulls from Trakt based on the description that is given in the hover pop up.
pseudoheld 3 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Hope this feature returns soon. I love being able to just sync the watch stats via trakt.
