Lots of "empty" folders in library, video files are there, they just don't show

Hi all,

 

I have about 200 folders which do contain valid, playable videos, which show up empty in MBC. the videos are playable via the Web interface. How can I force all my videos to show up and play properly in MBC?

We're going to need more information but this probably isn't really related to MBC.  More likely it has to do with how the content is organized and defined on the server.
