Rextr 0 Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 There are 2 apps available on Roku channel store..i have tried both of them and both of them were unable to connect with the server..it finds the server but when i try to connect it it says unable to connect to the server..what am i doing wrong here..i run the plex server and runs fine and gets detected instantly..please advise..

Rextr 0 Posted January 5, 2015 Author Posted January 5, 2015 (edited) i tried both methods..by using the pc name and by manually entering the IP..Server runs from my personal pc and Roku is connected through ethernet..If i host plex from the same pc it shows up and i have no problem connecting with Roku..
