Not bad at all looking into it right now so is it like slick deals where a user can add a list and get reminders ?

You can add items to a list but I don't think they do reminders.

is also another one of the good ones. I've used both sites in the past. BF is still 4 weeks away, so not all ads are in and posted yet.

Probably not black friday. Maybe cyber monday, but even then who knows. Never purchased anything from them so no idea if they do sales or not.

Not sure you will find any deals on the 7100 series. At least not black friday. Sometimes they will put their higher end TVs on sale a bit, but it is usually sometime before or after BF. Have you done the research comparing the 6400 series and the 7100 series? From what I can tell outside of 3D there is almost no difference.

Ah cool. Frankly, I havent done much research. I just picked the higher model :P I really don't care for 3D so I would consider 6400. Right now I have an aging 42" Samsung 720p plasma that i never really bothered to upgrade so wonder if 55" would be a good enough upgrade or 60" is better. Any thoughts?

It depends how big your room is.  The 60" in our living room is "almost" too big. :)

I'm personally looking at the Samsung 50" F6400. It is large enough for me in my room as my couch isn't that far away from the TV. From reading 100+ pages on the 7100 and 6400 series over at AVS, basically the only difference I could determine was that because of the 240 Hz in the 7100 series, they could do 3D properly at 24fps. Basically the left side of the screen is 120 Hz and the right side would be 120 Hz. On the 6400 series, each side would only be 60 Hz during 3D. Now for me, I'll probably turn 3D on one time to test it out and see what it does and after that, never turn it on again. So it isn't a big deal for me as you still get a full 120 Hz TV when running in 2D. The screens themselves are the same, the CPU inside is the same. It takes jumping up to the 8000 series to really get any real advantage in screen over the 6400. At least that is what I've read and is my understanding. It never hurts to do some research on it and see if you come to the same conclusion as I did.

Overall, a pretty good site. The 7100 series would be my choice for a 65".

My biggest problem with some of these review sites is that they do one review for all sizes. So a 65" in that review is the same as the 60". But the 60" screen is manufactured by Sharp and the 65" by Samsung, so they can look different. So it makes it really hard to determine if your results will match up with the review.

Interesting, thanks. Saw the same observation on AVS.

http://bfads.net/Item/Lowes-Black-Friday-Dyson-DC41-Animal-Bagless-Upright-Vacuum-Cleaner/145933

According to them, Lowes is going to have it for 25% off on Black Friday. So retail price of $600 that makes it $450. Not a bad deal and about as best you get with Dyson vacs.

Yeap. Thats a deal that I would looking out for. I could possibly shave off an extra 10% with a moving coupon. Not sure if they would honor it. I have a 150$ homedepot gift card sitting in the house so hoping HD will have the same deal.

Dyson deals are sometimes across all retailers so it might be available other locations.
