Music & Favorites Folders

I am not currently using Media Browser to organize my music.  Only videos.  I also don't currently use the Favorites folder.

 

Is there a way to prevent these empty categories (Music and Music by Genre) from displaying on the EHS in MBC?

 

I don't have them configured in MBS so it seems like MBC is overriding this and putting the empty categories there anyway.  I tired selecting the option to hide empty folders but this had no effect.

Go into MBC and click on the config icon and then view options and uncheck the boxes as in the screenshot below.
