I`m running Media Browser Server and Media Browser Classic on the same Windows 8.1 Pro machine.  Classic is streaming media on a local hard drive even though the file-level permissions allow the user account being used by both Classic and Server full control.  What else could cause it to fail direct access?  Logs are attached.

I'm not sure.  All the program does is check if the path to the item as defined on the server is accessible via an "Exists" call.  If that call fails, we ask the server to stream it.
