tp546 41 Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 I have some videos that the MBC player tells me how long they are and displays the chapters, but not for others. Is this coming from the metadata or the actual video files? I can't seem to find a pattern yet but I just noticed this.
ebr 16182 Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Chapter information comes from the actual video files. So does duration if we can find it but MBC will fall back on metadata if that isn't there. Best to look at these in the web client/metadata manager to determine what is missing.

ebr 16182 Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 It should unless some sort of error is occurring in the refresh. I would use the metadata manager to be able to really see what is getting filled in.
