Media Browser will not open upon startup

[TX_Theater 2]

MB Version 3.0.5464.40000....upon startup and every time I restart machine I receive the attached windows error " Media Browser Server has stopped working".

 

I have attempted to:

 

-start service manually

-disabled all AV

-restart multiple times

 

Nothing seems to work.....any ideas??
