JohnnyM 40 Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 I'm using the Diamond Theme in MB3 Classic. I have tried to put my own background on the Theme like I had in MB2. but the background doesn't show up. I created the following directory C:\ProgramData\MediaBrowser-Classic\StartUpFolder\ where I put my theme background "Backdrop.jpg" I even put a copy of the startup folder under C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Classic\ and :\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\ I set the Theme options to Show Initial Folder Background ON Show Theme Background OFF Still no background Johnny
CBers 7450 Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 Needs to go in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-server\root\default 2
Solution ebr 16169 Posted October 28, 2013 Solution Posted October 28, 2013 All of this is handled via the server now. Place your backdrop file in the root/default directory under the server installation directory (which is listed on the front page of the dashboard). 2
JohnnyM 40 Posted October 28, 2013 Author Posted October 28, 2013 After restarting the Server it appeared. Thank you both
rsaxman 0 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I am having the same issue. I put the backdrop in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-server\root\default and set Show Initial Folder Background ON Show Theme Background OFF Rebooted No backdrop
CBers 7450 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 It might be time for a new theme, as Diamond is no longer supported. Perhaps try Chocolate as this is now the default theme and has been worked on a lot lately by ebr.
CBers 7450 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 If MBC is already installed, install Chocolate theme from MBC configurator.
cue1boy 3 Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 Just upgraded to Emby and this no longer appears to be working again, restarted server but made no difference. Can this be fixed please?
-SR- 3 Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 Same over here: backdrop.jpg in folder C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-server\root\default is not picked up, as soon as you do a level lower in the subfolders it's picked up. This worked before. Thanks for your support! Kind Regards,-SR-
ebr 16169 Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 That location is simply not tied to anything anymore with the user-based views. If you want backdrops on your top level, then you can assign them to the top level items themselves.
