Live TV HD over WAN Stream - Bit Rate Selection

I just set up a new host (Win7 x64 Enterprise) for my MediaBrowser Server and WMC (for DVR) and recently purchased the SiliconDust HD HomeRun Prime using with ServerWMC Live TV Plug-in. I am able to stream SD cable channels with no problem, but all the HD channels never load *spinning ring only until I hit the back button", I am suspecting that the HD channels are attempting to stream in at to high of a bit rate. Will there be a way to predefine a bit rate to choke down HD content over WAN to my client cell phone?

Live TV over wan should still work. You may be being affected by this bug http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/15560-mba-no-playback-via-internet/ for which I expect to push a fix later today.
