Max Quality Streaming Setting

Hi

I am really enjoying the 3.6 release. Guess now I am getting greedy. If I check max quality streaming of live tv fails to work. Seems just fine if 1080p is checked. Would it be possible to tweak the max quality setting for Live Tv and enable AC3 audio? Maybe AC3 could be an option for all streams? Rather than transcoding to aac just pass the native audio stream unless it is DTS. That would be great for Live TV and even mkv's !

 

If it is felt this is to much of an edge case are the transcode settings abstracted out ? If they are or could be users could tweak them at their own risk. Most wouldn't I am sure. Might also be easier to update or add new options. I guess in a perfect world they would be on the server somewhere then wouldn't have to go through the store. Just a thought.

It will be possible to manipulate the TranscodingProfile in details in a not to far away version.
