Local Trailers stored separately from media

Is there a configuration of trailers/cinema mode..suited to people who

Have terrabytes of disc space but not on movie disks

Have a poor internet connection during film watching but loads of capacity between film watching.

 

Ie a configuration that downloads trailers for movies in and out of collection onto a separate drive for use in the cinema mode feature.
