Scan Library Failing after new update

When I updated to sever 3.0.5462.0 Beta on the 13th something went wrong and my library scans have all failed since. even after the 3.0.5463.3000 update today it still gives me some null reference error after every scan. Also my movies that have multiple versions 1080p/480p etc. have lost their metadata and act like they were just added to the library. I have included a log where I tried to scan the library 3 times.

 

I am also getting an error about connecting to the remote Media Browser repository on my server web dashboard.
