Suddenly OLD content showing as 'New'

Suddenly, in the media browser classic I'm having old, old content replacing new content and acting as though it has been newly added. I'm getting a lot of this with items in Extras folders etc

Had the same happen with my setup. There is a setting in the Dashboard under Metadata. Select the advanced tab and change the setting for Date added behavior for new content: to Use file creation date.
