Issue with Cinema Mode

I would like to say that I love this feature, but not everyone that uses my server does. Whenever they turn the feature off, however, it doesn't actually turn off and on occasion flashes "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when playing trailers. I've tried this on my account and have seen the same issue; I just can't turn Cinema Mode off, the setting sticks but it doesn't do anything.
