Question about my shared folder

I have MB 3 on Win7 server which has access to shared folder (via mapped drive) on a Ubuntu Server that contains Media Libary.   Access is via w:\@@Media which is the way the media library is mapped to the server.   I keep getting a failure of the media library scan with "access denied".   This worked at one time but I don't know what has changed.  Suspecting a permissions problem, I think I've made sure that the shared folders on the Media server all have permissions such that anyone can access them read/write, etc.  I've verified that from the Windows machine running the MB3 server these share folders (ie. w:\@@Media) is fully accessible.   What would someone suggest that I try?  The log is here

Found the problem, I think.   For some  reason my shared folder became dismounted on Media Server machine.   Can't uinderstand that yet, but at least it explains why scans were failing.

Don't use mapped drives.  Use UNC paths instead.  Windows will disconnect mapped drives at times.
