Video Underscan after replacing TV.

I recently upgraded from a 720p to 1080p TV and this caused some underscan issues on video playback via an extender.  Everything else was corrected by using the overscan adjustment provided in the menu.

 

I have attempted to follow the instructions posted here:  http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/2123-media-browser-classic-is-not-displayed-on-100-of-the-screen-how-to-troubleshoot-overscan-issues/

 

However, I am still experiencing underscan when video is playing.  Is there any additional troubleshooting that is suggested?  

 

Edit: The initial splash screen also doesn't fill up the entire screen.  It is roughly the same size as the video playback size.

Did you delete and re-add the extender on the host after you changed the TV?

Figured it out.  Just had to fill in between all the lines of the second post in the thread linked above and combine it with all the information contained in the first post.
