Cannot access the webserver

Trying to install MediaBrowser Server on Mint17 (Ubuntu derivative. Using the instructions from the download page. All goes well until...). My Apache2 server is at /var/www/html (standard apache2 install location), and works fine. Ports forwarded/etc, have many other progs using this, too, and all work as intended

 

But, if I try to login to the http://localhost:8096/mediabrowser I get no page for it, and a fail. No setup, no MediaBrowser

 

Ideas?

Just a quick note apache has nothing to do with mediabrowser.

 

Onto the error, is there anything in the logs folder?
