Request: Grid view for TV Seasons and Episodes pages

Hi,

I'm fairly new to Emby and am looking to change the layout of the Seasons and Episodes page to a grid, eliminating the annoying single-line horizontal scrolling. I know another user has achieved this as they've shared screenshots of their setup (included here) - I've asked if they'd be willing to share the relevant CSS with me, but I haven't heard back from them so was wondering if anyone here would be willing to help me, please?
