Supported Home/sidebar launcher for a non-admin plugin page in 4.10.2.0?

We have an IHasWebPages plugin on Emby Server 4.10.2.0. Its embedded page works for authenticated non-admin users and enforces per-user access and library permissions.

We want a Home/My Media tile or ordinary library-sidebar entry opening that page, without administrator privileges, client patching, injected JavaScript or fake media.

In the shipped web client, EnableInMainMenu feeds administrator settings; EnableInUserMenu feeds user settings. IUserManager.AddHomeSection accepts ContentSection, but that model lacks the Href/ContentButtons fields supported by the client renderer. User views and channel folders route to media lists.

Is there a supported section provider or navigation extension for this? A minimal example would help. Please also clarify support for Emby Web, Android TV 2.5.03g on Google TV, and Xbox, including any client whitelist requirements.
