Windows Web Viewer no longer plays anything!

I've been using Emby for years in several flavors:  Emby for Kodi, Fire Stick apps (both the generic Android version and the Fire TV version),   iOS Apps on iPhone/iPad, and Windows 11 Web Viewer (Brave Browser).

Never really had any major problems, until the past few days.  I can no longer stream anything from my Emby Server to a web viewer on a PC.  I can connect to the server fine, see my libraries, but when I try to watch something I get the "No compatible streams are currently available" error. 

I'm also having the same problem on my Fire Sticks.  Specifically the Emby for Fire TV app, which I had been using fine for years.  I switched to using the Emby for Android, and it still works OK.

I can also still play my Emby Server media through Kodi, both on the HTPC and Fire Stick.

I've been traveling out of the US for a while, and hadn't been having any trouble accessing my media remotely until now, and the problems is also occurring back on my US home devices as my family is quick to inform me.  I can also access my home PCs remotely, and verify the issue myself.

What could have happened to suddenly start having these problems?
