Intel Arc A380 Transcoding fallback to cpu

Hello,

I'm pretty new and not sure on how to diag this, got some trouble with hardware transcoding with a Intel Arc A380, it is seen by dsm (7.4.1-u1) and emby installed as package (4.11.0.13 beta), but it seems to always fallback to cpu for transcoding. just updated from latest stable version to beta of emby, still could not use gpu.
Any ideai on how to get hardware trasncode to work ?
